Our process

Design.

Get inspiration from our Design Collection, Floor Plans, and Gallery. Then get in touch with us to discuss your own custom luxury small home.

All plans are flexible and adaptable, and we can personalise any plan to suit your needs. We will guide you through this process until you settle one the perfect design.

You will have a floor plan that suits your needs, captures northern sunlight, natural cross breezes and views. The design style will complement your existing home and property. Then you will select an interior styling & colour scheme from our range of 12 options, or create your own.

From here, your chosen design plans and specifications will be given to you and your chosen builder.

Approvals.

Approvals can be daunting and confusing for most. However, knowledge is power, and when you know what is required it can be straight forward.

Rest assured with Site Investigation Report you can ensure that your project will be feasible. We specifically design to Council requirements so there is no wasted time or money on a design that cannot be approved.

Our teams will also assist with a Development Approval (where required) and your Building Approval.

Construction.

We can work with your chosen builder or provide a builder for you. Your chosen builder should be able to provide a Fixed Price Contract based on the plans and specifications we provide.

Construction typically takes approximately 12 weeks once approvals and materials are received. During this time there are 5 standard construction phases:

  1. Footings & Flooring

  2. Frame Completion

  3. Lockup (roof, windows and cladding installed)

  4. Fittings (plasterboard)

  5. Final Completion – You will do a walk around with your builder to ensure you are happy prior to final payment
